2020 required a new plan for Leadership Charlotte. With a 12-year history partnering with Cool Spring Center, they called on us to design Leadership Charlotte 42 Virtual Orientation—A huge success!
- I was surprised at how well everyone adapted to the virtual setting, and I appreciate that Charles and John were prepared to teach others how to use the technology.
- I think Cool Spring Center did an impressive job. It's difficult to conduct this type of session via Zoom, but I appreciated how the team used the resources available (Mural & Zoom breakout rooms) to conduct the sessions. I was fully engaged the entire time.
- Lots of opportunities for interaction even though the meeting was virtual. Great job!
