Charlotte, NC –October 4, 2004– Cool Spring Center, Inc., an innovative training company, announces an exciting new corporate teambuilding program:

Adventure Hunt: THE ULTIMATE CHALLENGE

Adventure Hunt engages corporate Team members around the dynamic setting of uptown Charlotte: its green spaces, fountains, art and sculpture, the historic trolley, gold rush bus routes, streets and plazas. The city is the work environment where the Team is challenged and tested. They are given locations to find, clues to follow, and specific learning activities that will test them, all of which provide the opportunity to earn or lose rewards. Team members encounter unpredictable, multi-tasking challenges and seemingly impossible tasks. The opportunity is there to lead change—to be the best of the best.

Thoroughly engaging for up to 100 team members, this new urban team challenge is like nothing you’ve ever experienced.

 By providing easily used tools that support the Team’s unique goals, a foundation for change and improvement is laid. And, by practicing these new skills together as a team, the impact and effectiveness of training is strengthened. The debrief will bring the day into perspective by identifying strengths the Team has to build on, developmental opportunities and relevance back to the workplace. Mission Goals will be reviewed and assessed for success and future possibilities. The opportunity is there to have as much success as a Team as possible; you can win as much as you can!
